As a holder of over 40+ Microsoft technical certifications covering the entire Microsoft cloud stack, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Artificial Intelligence and more, Joe is a seasoned professional, technical architect and trainer, with a passion for implementing effective technology solutions. Joe's experience covers a variety of industries, including energy, managed services, retail, print & direct mail and the UK utility sector. Joe has been a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) since 2020, and contributes regularly at conferences and user groups across the globe. When Joe is not working or chatting complete rubbish on a podcast, he enjoys reading, learning about history, walking, video games and catching up with the latest film and TV shows.

For the past decade, Sebastian has been a member of the Product Development team at proMX AG. During this time, proMX’s project and resource management tool, proRM Fast Start, has won numerous awards. Sebastian was one of proMX’s liaisons to Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Project Operations development team, thus gaining exceptionally thorough knowledge of the product almost since its first release. He has proven his Power Platform expertise in several successful implementation projects for proMX's international customers.

In addition to his technical leadership, Sebastian now also orchestrates proMX’s AI Strategy and Innovation investments, identifying emerging technologies and turning them into real-world solutions for business impact. His unique blend of hands-on product experience and strategic foresight makes him a sought-after speaker at industry events.
